When purchasing an item from Fancy Dog Studio you are receiving a single user license. All graphics remain property of Fancy Dog Studio.
Our graphics are intended for personal use by crafters, small handmade business owners and teachers. No mass production including but not limited to commercial printing presses, factories and wholesalers that distribute to mass retail clients.
If you are using graphics for commercial purposes in quantities of 20 or more a commercial use license is required.
Teachers
You may use graphics for educational purposes including: handouts, documents, classroom decorations, bulletin boards, newsletters and Smartboard/Promethian presentations that are NOT shared.
If you would like to use graphics as part of a product on Teachers Pay Teachers or Teacher’s Notebook a special commercial educational use license is required. Graphics must be part of a merged or secure document. Not to be resold as clip art.
Digital Scrapbook Designers
You may not offer my items as freebie downloads or include them in digital scrapbooking kits.
You may not use artwork to create digital stamps or line art.
You may not use artwork to create cutting files to share or sell.
Scrap for hire usage is allowed as long as graphics are part of a merged document.
Small Business Owners
You may use my graphics to create your handmade items such as collages, mirrors, buttons, magnets, embroideries and other premium items. Lifetime quantities of 20 or less do not require credit or a commercial use license.
If you are reproducing an image 20 or more times a commercial use license is required. Not for use for packaging, logos or other marketing items.
Invitation and Stationery Designers
It is ok to use artwork as part of a invitation design that you print and send to your customer.
No printable or digital invitations. No templates.
Any form of digital redistribution is a violation of my terms of use and copyright infringement.

You may NOT use Fancy Dog Studio artwork to create logos or templates.
Zazzle, Ebay and Cafe Press Shop OwnersUse on zazzle, ebay, cafe press, auction or print on demand site is NOT permitted.
